Hit the road after The Alamo and made it to Carlsbad, NM. Speed limit through much of TX was 80 and I drove just under 90 and passed two cops who just watched me go. Something cool about that. Even had one cop flash his lights from the other side to warn me about a speed trap coming up! I passed several huge semi trucks and it took me a minute to figure out what they were hauling. A few months ago I flew from Anaheim to Columbus and I recall seeing wind farms East of the Rockies. From 30k feet. Those things are huge! Well, turns out that's what they were hauling. Be careful when passing something like this on the open road. Do not pass on a curve.
